• “What direction should I go in next?”

  • "What does the 'big picture view' of my life look like?"

  • "What are my priorities in life?"

  • “How do I find my purpose and passion?”

  • "Am I spending too much energy on things don’t matter?"

If you find yourself asking these questions, you’re not alone.
We are, too.

Whether you’re finishing your studies, navigating a career transition, or simply reflecting: asking questions is the first step.

The next step is setting time and intention to go deeper.

What is “ikigai?”

Commonly misinterpreted in viral Venn-diagrams as the intersection of ‘what you enjoy, what you’re good at, what the world needs, and what gets you paid,“ Ikigai is a simple, yet powerful concept that can be roughly translated from Japanese as ‘life-purpose’ or ‘what gets you out of bed in the morning.’

Purpose in life is a basic psychological need. It gives people a sense of direction, goals, and meaning. Studies have shown that having purpose in life is associated with living longer and healthier lives (Hill &Turanio, 2014; Cohen et al., 2016.)

We’re here to help you find yours.

We’ll help you find yours, via:

  • Workshops

Using a combination of approaches from psychology, mindfulness, and design thinking, we’ll start you down the path of figuring out what’s important to you and how you might approach your life accordingly.

  • Self-reflection activities

Many of our customized activities can also be done alone at home, giving you the time and space you need to reflect and create your life.

  • One on one consultations

Feeling stuck, or feeling like you need to talk it out with someone? We’re happy to hold space for you and approach these topics as a team.

“Looking at the questions in my life somehow makes the future less scary, and allows for things to change along the way.”
