We designed our Finding Ikigai workshop series to help you identify your meaning and purpose, then bring it to life.

We drew from our expertise in fields like design thinking, psychology, neuroscience, mindfulness, and life design, to build a set of tools and resources that can shift your perspective - wherever you are in life.

  • In-person and online workshops

Meet us and your peers in person or online, for a mix of customized lecture inputs, solo, and group activities spanning 1-3 days.

You’ll have heads-down time to go deep on your own personal life questions, then exchange and gain inspiration from your peers.

  • Individual ‘at home’ exercises

Workshops can be inspiring, but insights don’t last without integration into everyday life.

We’ve got you covered, with a personalized plan, activities, and a timeline to make your new ideas come to life.

  • One-on-one coaching

Still feeling stuck? We’re happy to listen. We might not have all the answers for your own life, but we can help you find the right questions to ask yourself.

We also offer individual coaching sessions to help support the integration of insights into your everyday life.

You don’t build a life in a day… nor change one, either.

We’re a fan of deliberate, step-by-step processes of reflection and evolution.

Our workshop series is designed to take place over time, giving you space to reflect and integrate insights into your everyday life - with support from us and a cohort of your peers along the way.

  • Do it at your own pace.

Need some more time before continuing with the next workshop? No worries, we’re running each of our workshops on a regularly reoccuring basis. Hop on and hop off as you need.

  • Multiple facilitators. Small groups.

The right balance of interaction and hands-on guidance in intimate, guided settings.

  • Tailored to your personal style of growth.

Do you tend to get more out of solo activities than group sessions? Great - we’ll link you to the right DIY materials to do when and where you need. Need a good listener to bounce ideas off of? We’re here for one-on-ones, too.
