To know where you want to go, you need to know where you are now.

  • Finishing a study program?

You’re weeks away from finishing your degree and wondering - what’s next?

Maybe there’s an ‘obvious’ path, but how much of that really feels like you, and how much is what’s ‘supposed to happen’?

What could different versions of your life look like?

How can you test these different concepts and find out what feels right?

  • Navigating a career transition?

In the 20th century, people often kept the same jobs - sometimes even at the same companies - for nearly their entire lives. These days, it’s rare to stay put for more than a few years at a time.

You’ve been in your field for a while now and have been considering a change. How does that align with who you are on the inside?

When you take a step back and look at the story of your life, where does this piece of the puzzle fit in? What other transitions can you imagine?

  • Looking for balance between work and passion?

You’re making a solid living professionally, but you want to make more space for personal hobbies and passion projects. Sometimes, you feel forced to choose between them.

How might you be able to live a life where work AND passion have space?

How can you balance what you do for a living, and what gives you inspiration and joy? When do those need to be the same thing, or different things?

  • Reflecting on your values and direction?

Sometimes, it feels like all of the things you’re doing don’t really ‘line up.’ You put energy in, but you’re not sure where it’s all going.

What’s the common thread tying together your experiences, projects, and passions?

How can you identify that thread, and how can you use that knowledge to direct your energies in a way that makes your life and your actions feel more cohesive?

At various times in our lives, we’ve all been more or less where you are now.

What we were lacking was a trusted process and set of resources that we could use to more confidently imagine - and feel - the right direction.

So, we built our own, and hope you’ll find it helpful, too.
